CustomCare Water Technologies, Inc. offers services that compliment our standard product line. Updating and/or upgrading existing water treatment systems is sometimes the best strategy to "do what is best" for your customer. Our experienced engineering and sales staffs can assist you with the upgrades required.
- Replacement resin and media tanks in either fiberglass or carbon steel. ASME Code tanks, epoxy linings and exteriors are also available.
- Replacement resins and media. Standard and specialty water softener resins are available along with a multitude of filter media to include carbon, greensand, birm, calcite, multi-layer, and more.
- Top mounted brass and thermoplastic control valves are available in either time clock or meter initiated versions. Matching an existing "operating mode" is always a possibility.
- Numerous meter assemblies from various manufactures are available
- Diaphragm valve nest assemblies, designated as our FPA Series, are available using standard cast iron diaphragm valves interconnected using galvanized pipe and fittings OR plastic diaphragm valves interconnected using Sch. 80 PVC pipe and fittings. Stainless steel diaphragm valves and actuated butterfly valves are offered as options as is interconnecting, stainless steel or copper, pipe and fittings.
- You can upgrade the control system on an existing water treatment unit utilizing our CTL Series of commercial controllers. Combining an electronic timer and a pilot stager, mounted in a NEMA 4X enclosure, you can update the control system on virtually any manufactures piece of equipment, especially competing brands. Single and multi-tank control systems, programmed in any number of operating modes, are available.
- A full line of repair parts is available for both top mounted control valves and diaphragm valves.
- Sales assistance is always available in the form of product catalogs, individual sales literature pieces, component sales brochures, system layout drawings, engineering submittals and more.
- Limited water testing and product recommendations are a free service
- Factory field service is available, on a per diem basis, for either start-up or service.
